KASSANDRA~LYNN GONSALVES
OWNER & DIRECTOR
Miss Kassandra~Lynn has over twenty years of dance experience in all genres from tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, modern and technique, hip hop, breakdancing, Irish hard and soft shoe, Pointe, acrobatics and cheer as well as acting & modeling! She holds numerous regional, state, and National titles in dance. She attended Bridgewater University for Business Management. From the young age of ten, Miss Kassandra knew that she wanted to share her love of the performing arts with others by teaching dance. Starting at that time she was asked to be a student assistant helping with toddler classes and by the age of twelve she was assisting in many classes and teaching choreography to toddlers and petites. By the age of 15 she was a full time instructor and owned her own pageant coaching business with over 25 students. Miss Kassandra was born to be on the stage and also performed monthly in beauty and scholarship pageants as well as completing training at The Academy of Cinema and Television by the tender age of 16. She has had the honor of training with Adrian R'Mante from CSI Miami, has been a guest on the Anderson Cooper Show, was named one of the World's Top 5 Most Exceptional Children, and has appeared on talk shows as we as being featured in People Magazine with Angelina Jolie.
Kassandra opened her own dance studio at age 18 and has watched many students reach their fullest potential and opened many doors to those who didn't know they had the ability, they just needed a caring instructor to believe in them. As of 2018 Miss Kassandra holds a USASF certificate and is in her 7th year of ownership of Supreme Perfection Studios. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her much younger sisters and managing their dance, modeling and acting careers.

Miss Jayme is from Fairhaven, MA. She began dancing at Kathy Medina’s Studio of Dance at the age of 2. While there she studied ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theater. She was a member of the competition team for 10 years. Miss Jayme is a graduate from Worcester State University with a B.S. in Biology. She also has her A.S in Dental Hygiene and is now a practicing registered dental hygienist! While in college she was a member of the dance team and a captain, she competed at UDA nationals every year in Disney. She started a fitness class at Worcester State called “Just Dance” where no dance experience was required. The class focused on technique and learning different styles of dance. During her Freshman year she went to Curry College and minored in dance. Currently, she is a choreographer and member of Kinetic Synergy Dance Company which is an adult performance company with locations in MA and RI. She also took advantage and became PBT certified! Progressive Ballet Technique is a program to help students advance in all dance forms by training muscle memory. PBT focuses on core stability, weight placement and alignment. PBT is practiced internationally and we are thrilled to bring this new opportunity to our studio! Jayme is thrilled to be welcomed back into the Supreme family and can’t wait for another great year!

Raylin Medina-Jensen is a choreographer and dancer that grew up in New Bedford MA and was trained by her mother, Kathy Medina, for 15 years. She went on to attend Dean College and achieved her BA in Dance and AS in Early Childhood Education. While at Dean Raylin studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Horton, Graham, and Release Technique under various experts in the industry. Dean gave her the opportunity to merge her passion for dance and love of working with children. Both degree programs helped shape her teaching practices to work better with children in a studio setting daily. Raylin has also worked with Dance Ovations National Dance Competition since she won the title of National Miss Dance Ovations in 2012. She has been teaching at their National Competition (Contemporary, Modern and Musical Theatre), performing at their Gala show, working with their adjudicators, and helping with the behind the scenes work. Raylin is currently dancing with Kinetic Synergy Dance Company alongside her fellow Supreme Staff member Miss Jayme.

Taylor is a Fall River native and attended Diman R.V.T.H.S graduating from the office technology program. She began dancing when she was 4 years old at Steppin' Out Dance Studio in Portsmouth, RI under Lisa Mailloux studying Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop. Taylor started off as a student moved onto an apprentice, assistant teacher and then became a teacher which was her ultimate goal. In her years with Steppin' Out she helped choreograph a student routine for the Celtics, traveled around to nursing homes & veterans homes during holidays, received a "Love For Dance" scholarship, joined their competition team & made memories to last a lifetime. After that she worked with Spindle City Ballet's Nutcracker, is a coach for The Dance Academy’s Competition Team and also their event and party director. This year Taylor is excited to continue her journey with everyone at Supreme Perfections Studio!
LORI L. TRUEHART

Lori L. Truehart has a BSN from the University of Massachusetts. She worked many years in corrections, and the court systems helping those less fortunate find the right path and has dedicated the last decade of her life to the performing arts full time.
She has been involved in the child modeling industry for over twenty-five years, as a momager, mentor, acting and modeling coach, as well as a pageant coach to her three beautiful daughters, as well as many others helping them to make their dreams become a reality. With first hand knowledge in all areas, Miss Lori has assisted people from newborn to adults in landing roles from voice overs, to print, runway, commercials, film and tv. Her and her oldest daughter, Miss Kassandra~Lynn work hand in hand in bringing back their knowledge of pageant coaching having students win titles from Miss New Bedford Outstanding Teen, Miss New England, Little Miss and Mr. Hawaiian Tropic, East Coast Diamond Dolls, Sunburst, to National title holders for systems such as US of America, Royal America, NES, Angel Faces and so many more.
Her students can be seen gracing the cover of magazines as well as product catalogs, toy boxes, clothing lines, and have walked the runways in many live fashion shows. They have landed professional jobs working for Disney products such as Descendants 3, Hasbro such as Sesame Street and more, and Nerf just to name a few. Many of her students have landed roles in television shows such as "The Carrie Diaries", "Happy" with Christopher Meloni ( Law and Order SVU), Castle Rock ( Stephen King), The Society ( Christopher Keyser) and so many more. Her students have IMBD credit for films and have been featured in commercials! She is known for making class fun for all and bringing out a big personality in even the most shy introverted people.
C.J. RODRIGUEZ
Musical Theater Instructor
Cj Rodriguez is from New Bedford, Massachusetts and is super excited to be working with SPS as the Musical Theatre instructor. He began training in theatre and voice at the age of 8 and is still training to this day. He has been fortunate to participate in many choirs and choruses throughout middle/high school including Carney Academy’s Chorus, All City Select Chorus, Keith Middle Schools Chorus, Keith Middle School Advanced/Chamber Chorus, NBHS SATB Show Choir, NBHS SATB Concert Chorale, and the NBHS Jazz Choir. He also was a member of the drama club at both Keith and NBHS as well as some local theatre companies including YMTC in Fall River, UMASS Dartmouth’s 20 Cent Theatre, and UMASS Dartmouth’s Theatre Company. He has been in shows such as Shrek the Musical (Donkey), Annie Jr (Mr. Bundles/Theodore Roosevelt), Hairspray (Motormouth Maybelle), Camp Rock (Nate Grey), West Side Story (Ensemble/Featured Dancer), Beauty and the Beast (Ensemble/Featured Dancer), Seussical (Jojo), Into The Woods (Ensemble/Featured Dancer), Fiddler on the Roof (Major Lazar), and Rock of Ages (Candi/Featured Dancer). He has also had the opportunity to choreograph and direct for UMASS Dartmouth’s Broadway Revue, and also choreograph for UMASS Dartmouth’s production of Cabaret. Besides music and theatre Cj also danced at a few local studios throughout the years but it wasn’t until the age 16 where he started taking dance more seriously here at SPS. He started with Tap and Musical Theatre but is now well versed in all styles. Starting only as a competitive vocalist he joined SPS’s competitive dance team The Perfectionists during the 2016/2017 season. A year later he joined as a competitive dancer and is still competing to this day! He’s super grateful for the opportunity to teach and progress his dance/vocal career here at SPS and is excited to continue his journey here with all of you!

Miss Hadleigh grew up in New Bedford, MA. She began taking dance and musical theatre at the age of 4 and fell in love with the arts. Beginning studying at supreme perfection studios herself at age 12, she studied ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, lyrical , and technique . She got to go on to compete with Supreme Perfection Studios on their company team, performing in numerous states, Disney world, competing in several competitions at the regional and National level, and even being placed 1st at Royal Nationals in 2021. Hadleigh had a love for her SPS family and the world of dance, so used her talents to come back as a teacher! She is so excited to start this season and looks forward to an amazing year!
